Warranty and Return Policies

Return authorization must be obtained before returning your product for warranty or refund. All product arriving at APT Astro without authorization will be refused. To receive return authorization, telephone APT Astro at 574.269.1120.

Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee

APT Astro guarantees your satisfaction of the product for 30 days after purchase date. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your like-new, undamaged, unaltered product, in original shipping packaging, for a refund (product price less shipping and handling). Product must be return shipped insured. A refund will not be issued for uninsured product damaged in shipping.

Please note: We are unable to refund original shipping and handling or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

Products are warrantied for 1 year from purchase date for defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or misuse. Alterations void warranty. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) the faulty product.

Please note: Customer must pay shipping & insurance to APT Astro for warranty returns and the product must be shipped in original packaging. APT Astro will pay shipping & insurance back to the customer after warranty repair/replacement. Uninsured shipment damage will not be covered under warranty.
